The above diagram shows the courses necessary to develop a comprehensive and successful business as a Touch for Health instructor and/ or practitioner. The Touch for Health training is strong enough to stand on it’s own, and is an excellent addition to previous training in the health field.
Below is a brief description of the certification process and the additional courses TFHA sponsors. These courses can be taken for personal growth or professional use.
This normally 16-hour course provides practical skills to manage stress, reduce physical and mental pain and tension and increase overall energy without the use of drugs. Also, included in this course are specific tests, exercises and movements for enhanced learning, improving coordination and finding food sensitivities. You will learn techniques of applied Kinesiology and acupressure massage. The TFH Book 1 is required text for this class.

for Nationally Certified Massage Therapists, RN’s, & LPN’s
TFHKA is an approved provider for Nationally Certified Massage Therapists and RN’s and LPN’s (in certain states, as listed below). Should instructor’s wish to apply to their home state or other to become Continuing education providers in an area not covered by TFHKA, the office will provide support to those persons in any way possible.
Massage Therapists
TFHKA is approved form the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers (NCBTMB) as a continuing education provider # 050467-00. This allows all qualifying instructors t o give continuing education credits to nationally certified Massage Therapists for their certification renewal. Continuing education certificates for students are kept on file in the office for a period of 7 years.
RN’s
TFHKA is approved by the Board of Registered Nursing in California, Continuing Education Provider # CEP 13015, for RN’s and LPN’s in all states except Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming. Instructors in those states can apply directly with the appropriate state-licensing agency to provide continuing education credit to nurses. Certificates are kept on file in this office for a period of no less than 5 years
1. The entire tuition amount is refundable up to 30 days prior to start of the seminar.
2. If you notify us less than 30 days but, at least 14 days prior to the start of the seminar that you will be unable to attend, the tuition is refundable minus a $25.00 administration fee. Alternatively, you can choose to apply the entire tuition amount to a future seminar. If applied to a future seminar, a minimum to $25.00 will remain non-refundable
3. If you cancel less than 14 days but, at least, 24 hours prior to the start of the seminar, the tuition is refundable minus a $50.00 administration fee. Alternatively, you can choose to apply the entire tuition amount to a future seminar. If
applied to a future seminar, a minimum of $50.00 will remain non-refundable.
4. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of a seminar, tuition is non-refundable. You can (one time only) apply the entire tuition amount as credit to a future seminar. If you cancel a second time within twenty four hours of a seminar, administration will apply.
5. If you do not show up for a seminar (with no notification), tuition is non-refundable. You may apply the tuition amount ( minus a $50.00 administration fee) to a future seminar.
6. If you attend only part of a class, tuition is non-refundable. You may be permitted to attend a part of the class which you missed when the seminar is offered again at a later date.
7. If a seminar is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a complete refund unless you prefer to transfer the tuition to another seminar or to leave it as a credit.
